Q1: How often should I lubricate the document shredder?
A1: In order to prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please use a lubricating sheet to oil shredder once or twice a month.
Q2: Why doesn't the shredder don't work after I plug in?
A2: It may be that the machine head is not aligned with the correct position of the wastebasket. The side with the LOGO on the machine head should be aligned with the side with the clear window.
Q3: The crosscut shredder is jammed. What should I do?
A3: Generally, you can switch to the "REV" switch and pull up the paper at the same time. If there is a serious paper jam, you can switch to the "FWD" and "REV" switch several times to clean the cutter, and then use tweezers and other tools to pick up the jam.
Q4: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?
A4: Please check if the paper is damp, if it contains plastic, if the paper is too thick. It is recommended that the amount of shredded paper be controlled within the rated number of sheets, which can extend the life of the machine
Q5: Why are there scraps of paper in the trash can and on the knives? Have I received a used machine?
