How can I pay for my order?  

Credit Cards

For credit card payments, we accept VISA, EuroCard, Mastercard, and JCB.

Debit Card

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex debit cards in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.

In the United States, we accept those in addition to JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit cards. 


If you don't have a credit card, you could also use PayPal directly in our web shop.

Has my order been successful? 

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder.Otherwise, Please contact our Customer Support Team at support02@bonsenglobal.com for assistance.

What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, Please contact our Customer Support Team at support02@bonsenglobal.com      

I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my existing order or must I place second order?

Unfortunately you are not able to add extra items to an order that has already been made.Please place a second order.  

Will I get a refund if I cancel my pre-order?

Once the payment done, cancellation is not allowed.  

Can I get an invoice of my order?

Yes, you can. You can receive it after placing an order via our Online payment form.

Do you offer discounts on bulk amounts?

Yes, on orders of 50 or more we are able to provide a discount. Please contact support02@bonsenglobal.com for a quote.  

Is the product in stock?

We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled within 30 days. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at support02@bonsenglobal.com Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day, and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy. 

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. 

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.
