United StatesThe shredder would not work. The switch would not turn on the machine. You picked it up and gave credit card refund, with no problem. But your Vendor Bunsen in China charged my Credit card for $299.99. I did not deal with this company. I have written them to issue me a credit to my credit card, but they have not contacted me. How did they get my credit card number? It was only for use by amazon.

Continuous feed without a pause, which truly cuts down on time when U have a volume of paper to process…We had to go through an estate of an unfortunate recent brother-in-law’s demise that he had almost everything he had put script to since 1975…we already burned up a shredder with another that was so slow it was taking forever…the Bonsen with the 9 gallon basket cut our time/job to a much more pleasurable experience…currently we are using it to “clean up” our much needed backlog of the same…highly recommended; delivery, etc., plus added factor of an exceptional functioning machine…thank you, Bonsen!!
